Ingredients. (banana pancakes recipe)
1 egg
60 g (6 table spoon) sugar
130 ml milk
2g (½ TSP ) salt
1 TSP vanilla extract
150 g (1,¼ cup) cake flour or all purpose flour
5g (⅔ tbs ) baking powder
500 ml cooking oil
Low heat
20 cm small frying pan
10g unsalted butter
15g (1.5 tablespoon) unrefined sugar or sugar
2 bananas
25 minutes (very low heat)
5 minutes on low heat
