here are some tips for making a delicious beef lasagna:

Choose the right noodles: Use oven-ready lasagna noodles to save time and hassle, or if using regular noodles, make sure to cook them al dente beforehand.

Season your beef: Brown your ground beef with onions, garlic, and Italian seasoning for maximum flavor.

Layer properly: Start with a thin layer of sauce on the bottom of your baking dish to prevent sticking, then layer noodles, meat sauce, ricotta or cottage cheese mixture, and shredded mozzarella cheese. Repeat until all ingredients are used, ending with a layer of cheese on top.

Don’t forget the cheese: Be generous with your cheese layers for that gooey, melty goodness. A combination of mozzarella, Parmesan, and ricotta or cottage cheese works well.

Let it rest: Allow the lasagna to rest for about 10-15 minutes after baking to set before slicing and serving. This helps prevent it from falling apart when serving.  (Beef lasanga recipe)

Customize: Feel free to add in extra vegetables like spinach or mushrooms, or experiment with different types of cheese or sauces to suit your taste preferences.

Cover while baking: Tent the lasagna with aluminum foil for the majority of the baking time to prevent the cheese from over-browning, then remove the foil for the last 10-15 minutes to allow the cheese to get golden and bubbly.Enjoy your homemade beef lasagna!
