BHEL Puri recipe
BHEL Puri is a Savoury snack in India & it is also a type of chaat
Which is originally from India
It is made with murmura, chaat masala, chopped potato, onion,lemon, sev,khara boondi

Ingredients
- 2 & ½ cup of murmura
- ½ tsp of salt,1tsp chilli
- ½ tsp of cumin powder,1 tsp of chat masala
- ¼ cup of roasted peanuts
- 1 boiled & chopped potato
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 medium grated carrot
- Some pomegranate seeds
- 1 cup of sev (you can ½ cup of khara boondi and ½ cup of sev
- 1 small chopped tomatoe
- ½ cup of chopped coriander leaves
- 2 tbsp of tamarind sweet chutney
- Add juice of 1 lemon
Directions. (BHEL Puri)
- Take 2 & ½ cup of murmura in a bowl
- Add ½ tsp of salt,1tsp chilli powder,½ tsp of cumin powder,1 tsp of chat masala

- Mix it well and serve
