Mutton boti curry
Boti curry in Indian delicious non-veg recipe this curry is so many peoples favourite curry
This is made with a mutton boti & mutton intestine with a great spices , masala cooked simply with masalas or also a delicious fry gravy

Ingredients
- Boti /chakna
- salt
- Turmeric powder
- Oil
- A piece of cinnamon
- 2 cloves
- 2 medium chopped onions &2 green chillies
- 1 tbsp of ginger garlic paste
- 2 small chopped tomatoes
- 2 tsps of coriander powder
- chilli powder as per taste
- Coriander leaves
Directions
- Take boti / chakna and clean it well
- Add 1 tsp of salt
- Add ½ tsp of turmeric powder
- Stir it well
- Burn until water dries
- No need to add water
- Now turn off the heat and keep aside
- Add 3 tbsp of oil into a pot or pressure cooker
- Add a piece of cinnamon and 2 cloves
- Add 2 medium chopped onions and 2 green chillies
- Saute until onion turns into light golden colour
- Now add ginger garlic paste (1 tablespoon)
- Saute until raw flavours disappears
- Add 2 Small chopped tomatoes
- Saute until tomatoes tum soft
- Now add 2 tsps of coriander powder
- ¼ tsp of turmeric powder
- 1 tsp of chilli powder or as per your taste
- salt as your per taste
- Saute for 20 seconds on low heat
- Add boiled boti / chakna
- Give it a nice stir
- Add sufficient water
- Give it a nice stir
- Cover and cook until boti turns soft
- ( You can use pressure cook it until boti cooks well by stirring in between)
- If needed add water and cook
- Now it’s perfectly cooked
- Let the water dry little bit
- Now add some chopped coriander leaves
- Mix it well
- Cover and cook on low heat until for 5 minutes
- Now it’s done turnoff the heat
- Delicious boti curry is ready to serve
- Servewith hot rice / chapati
