How to make chicken & prawn pallela recipe
Making Paella from scratch at home. Today I show way of making this beautiful dish, all with fresh ingredients. Chicken and Prawn Paella is a quick and easy dish to make at home and the flavours are amazing, highly recommend you try it!

Method:
cut the chicken into small pieces, and then start with all the prepation of vegetable Cut the peppers into small cubes & the leek and carrot. Then get the Paella pan nice and hot with a generous amount of extra virgin olive oil. Press down on the garlic bulbs to open them up a bit, put it in the pan to start releasing the flavour.
While the garlic is cooking start preparing the prawns, squeeze some lemon juice over them and put the chopped parsley with the prawns to marinate a bit, add a pinch of salt , pepper & some extra virgin olive oil, stir a little bit and leave it for rest. Now put the chicken in and let it cook through.
Once cooked add all the vegetables you prepared earlier, stir it around a bit and add some salt and pepper. Now to prepare the saffron, get some warm water in a cup and put the pure saffron in, this brings the flavour out which we will add to the paella. Let the paella cook down a bit and remove the garlic.
Now to add the cup of rice and once in pour the contents of the saffron in the dish, add a few more cups of hot water to the dish so its just above the food. After a while the water will cook down and the rice will soak it up. Now to add the prawns and cook for 5-10 minutes, add some extra lemon juice if you like. Now enjoy!
