Ingredients For Coffee Decoction

1 cup Water,

½ cup Coffee powder,

1 ⅓ cup Caster sugar,

1/2 Green cardamom,

For Coffee Decoction

In a sauce pot, add water and instant coffee powder, castor sugar, green cardamom and let it cook until for a while.

Once sugar gets cooked well, switch off the flame. Transfer it into a bowl and let it cool down at room temperature.

6-7 Ice cubes,

2 tbsp Prepared Coffee Syrup,

½ tbsp fresh Cream (optional)

¼ cup Milk,

 

Process For Iced Coffee

In a glass, add ice cubes and pour some prepared coffee syrup, fresh cream and milk.

And Stir it with the help of a stirrer and serve cold.

2 ½ tbsp Prepared Coffee Syrup,

1 ½ tbsp Condensed milk,

5-6 Ice cubes,

Take a mixer jar, add coffee syrup, and condensed milk, ice cubes and churn (until) for a while.

In a glass, add coffee syrup into the bottom of a glass, add prepared coffee and serve cold.

2 ½ tbsp Prepared Coffee Syrup,

1 tsp Coffee powder,

4-5 Ice cubes,

A pinch of salt,

½ tbsp fresh Cream (optional)

⅓ cup Milk,

 

For Garnish

A pinch of coffee powder,

In a plastic container, add the coffee syrup and coffee powder, ice cubes pinch of salt, fresh cream, and milk.

Cover it with a lid and shake well.

Transfer ice coffee into a serving glass and serve cold.
