Chicken sandwich the concept of sandwich was created on 18th century by John Montagu the 4th Earl of sandwich the combination of bread & meat was famous in various culture in many centuries

   Ingredients 

 

  • 500 grams  boneless chicken 
  • 400 ml of water 
  • 1 bay leaf
  • Salt
  • 1 tsp of ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tsp of chopped garlic
  • 1 large chopped onion
  • 2 tbsp of oil
  • 1 medium finely chopped carrot
  • 1 medium finely chopped capsicum
  • ⅓ cup of myannoise 
  • 2 tbsp of tomato ketchup 
  • 2 tsps of red chilli sauce or hot
  • ½ tsp of pepper powder

 

  Equipments you’ll need 

 

  • Bowl
  • Pan 

 

  Directions 

 

  • Into a bowl add 500 grams of boneless chicken 
  • Add 400 ml of water 
  • Add 1 bay leaf 
  • Add 1 tsp of salt 
  • 1 tsp of ginger garlic paste 
  • Give it a nice stir 
  • Cover and cook until water dries 
  • Now let it cool completely 
  • Shred the boiled chicken 
  • Remove bones and discard 
  • add 2 tbsp of oil into a pan 
  • A 1 tsp of chopped garlic 
  • Saute for few seconds 
  • Add 1 large chopped onion
  • Saute for 2 minutes 
  • Add 1 medium finely chopped carrot
  • 1 medium finely chopped capsicum 
  • ( You can add yellow and red capsicum as well)
  • Saute for 3 minutes 
  • Add shredded chicken
  • Add ½ tsp of pepper powder 
  • Saute for a minute and 
  • turn off the (flame )heat 
  • Transfer into a bowl and let it cool completely 
  • Add ⅓ cup of myannoise 
  • 2 tbsp of tomato ketchup 
  • 2 tsps of red chilli sauce or hot sauce optional 
  • Mix it well 
  • Take bread slice and spread some chicken mixture 
  • Cover with bread slice and Apply some butter on top 
  • Place it in a pan , butter side down 
  • Apply butter on top 
  • Cook for some time 
  • Cook on both sides 
  • Now it’s done 
  • Cut and serve
