Here are some tips
Marinate for Flavor: Allow the chicken to marinate in a mixture of minced garlic, olive oil, herbs, and spices for at least 30 minutes. This enhances the flavor.
Balanced Seasoning: Ensure a balance in seasoning. Garlic is dominant, but complement it with herbs like thyme, rosemary, or parsley for a well-rounded taste.
Proper Cooking Temperature: Cook the chicken at the right temperature to avoid undercooking or overcooking.
Sautéing Technique: When pan-frying, start by searing the chicken on high heat to lock in juices, then reduce the heat to finish cooking. This results in a golden-brown crust.
Roasting Tips: If roasting, baste the chicken with its juices during cooking to keep it moist and flavorful
Garlic Handling: Be cautious not to burn the garlic. Burnt garlic can turn bitter. Add it to the pan a bit later in the cooking process.
Serve with Accompaniments: Pair garlic chicken with sides that complement its flavors, like
roasted vegetables, rice, or a fresh salad.
