Ingredients: chickpea salad recipe

 

  • 1 cup of boiled& soaked chickpea
  • 1 medium chopped carrot
  • 1 medium chopped onion,
  • 1chopped cucumber
  • 1 chopped medium tomato,
  • some chopped coriander leaves
  • 1/2 lemon juice
  • 1 tsp of salt
  • 1 tsp of chat masala
  • 1 tsp of cumin powder /zeera powder

Chickpea salad recipe

 

  • Take 1 cup (1 cup means before soaked) of soaked and boiled chickpeas
  •  add 1 medium chopped carrot ,1 chopped cucumber ,1 medium chopped onion,1 chopped medium tomato,
  • some chopped coriander leaves
  • juice of ½ lemon or as per your taste
  •  1 tsp of salt ,1 tsp of chat masala
  • 1 tsp of cumin powder /zeera powder
  • mix everything well
  • Tasty and healthy chickpea salad
