This high protein chickpea salad is made with fresh vegetables like boiled & soaked chickpea, carrot, cucumber, onion,corrainder leaves, lemon juice,salt,chat masala, cumin powder
Ingredients: chickpea salad recipe
- 1 cup of boiled& soaked chickpea
- 1 medium chopped carrot
- 1 medium chopped onion,
- 1chopped cucumber
- 1 chopped medium tomato,
- some chopped coriander leaves
- 1/2 lemon juice
- 1 tsp of salt
- 1 tsp of chat masala
- 1 tsp of cumin powder /zeera powder
Instructions:step by step
- Take 1 cup (1 cup means before soaked) of soaked and boiled chickpeas
- add 1 medium chopped carrot ,1 chopped cucumber ,1 medium chopped onion,1 chopped medium tomato,
- some chopped coriander leaves
- juice of ½ lemon or as per your taste
- 1 tsp of salt ,1 tsp of chat masala
- 1 tsp of cumin powder /zeera powder
- mix everything well
- Tasty and healthy chickpea salad
