Hot Dog recipe
A hot dog is a delicious food consisting of a grilledand steamed sausage serve in slit of a partially sliced bun it can also refer to the sausage itself the sausage used in the wiener or frankfurter the name of these sausages also commonly refer to their assembled dish hot dog preparation and condiment Vary worldwide
Ingredients
Chicken sausages
Mayonnaise
Dujon mustard
For cucumber relish. (hot dog png)
½ TSP yellow mustard (soaked in 1 tbsp water or vinegar,)
2 tbsp dill leaves , chopped
4 English cucumbers , finely chopped 1 small onion
1 red chilli seeded and finely chopped, ½’cup white vinegar
¼’ cup sugar
1 TSP salt
2 TSP flour ( stirred into 2 TSP water)

1.In a bowl mix the cucumber with salt & keep aside for 30 minutes and drain out all the water
2.in a pan add the cucumber, onion dill leaves and turn on the flame
3.now add sugar , yellow mustard white vinegar and wheat flour mix & cook on a medium flame for 8 -10 mins
4in a griddled pan ,heat oil & grill the sausage in it
- Slit the hot dog buns in the middle the and should not to keep
6.Assemble the hot dog as shown in the procedure
