This  strawberry Oats smoothie is a healthy breakfast smoothie made with oats , blueberries, almonds, honey,flax seeds cashewnuts,chai seeds

 

ingredients: you’ll need 

 

  • blueberries: 1/2 cup
  • strawberries: 4 large
  • roasted oats: 2 table spoons
  • almonds: 12
  • water: 1 cup/250ml
  • honey: 2 tea spoons
  • flax seeds: 1 table spoon

Strawberry Oats smoothie

 

Instructions: step by step for strawberry Oats smoothie 

 

  • Add 12 almonds into a blender 
  • Add 1 cup / 250 ml water 
  • Blend it well 
  • Our almond milk is ready 
  • Add 2 tbsp of roasted Oats
  • 1 tbsp of flax  seeds
  • 2 tsps of honey 
  • ½ cup of fresh or frozen blueberries 
  • 4 large fresh or frozen strawberries 
  • You can add any berries of your choice 
  • Blend it well on high speed 
  • Pour it into a serving glass 
  • Top with some chia seeds and roasted cashewnuts
