Veg Fried RICE
Veg fried rice is a easy & famous popular delicious recipe made with boiled rice & fresh vegetables and ingredients like ginger, garlic, cloves ,oil , cabbage, spring onion..

Ingredients (fried rice)
For Cooking Rice
2 cups basmati rice, and soaked until for 20 minutes,
Water as required,
Salt to taste,
½ tbsp Oil,
For Street Style Fried Rice
1 tbsp Oil,
2-4 Garlic cloves, chopped,
½ inch Ginger, chopped,
2 Green chilli, chopped,
2 large Carrot, peeled, chopped,
1/4 Cabbage chopped fine (optional )
Salt to taste,
½ tsp Sugar,
1 tbsp Dark soy sauce,
Cooked Rice,
¼ inch Ginger, chopped,
1 Green chilli, chopped,
8-10 French beans, chopped,
2 medium size Capsicum, chopped,
1 ½ tsp Vinegar,
2 tsp Green chilli sauce, (optional)
½ tsp White pepper powder,
¼ cup Spring onion, chopped, 1
tbsp Coriander leaves, chopped,
Making process for veg fried rice
For Cooking Rice
In a pot, add water for boiling, salt to taste, oil and let it boil.
Once the water starts boiling. Add soaked sella basmati rice and let it cook on medium heat until 70% cooked.
Once done, cooking strain the rice and keep aside for until further use.
For Street Style Fried Rice
Heat oil in a wok, once it’s hot, add garlic, ginger, green chillies and saute it well.
Add , salt to taste, sugar, carrot dark soy sauce and cook until for 2-4 minutes.
Stir fry on high flame without overcooking vegetables.
Add cooked rice and saute it well. add green chilli ginger and toss it well combined. (Add canbage at this stage if using )
Stir-fry until the sauce is combined well.
Add french beans, capsicum, vinegar, green chilli sauce, white pepper powder and mix it well.
Now, add spring onion, coriander leaves and toss everything well.
Garnish with spring onion and serve hot.
