- 90 ml Prosecco
- 60 ml Aperol
- 30 ml soda water
Directions
- You’ll need a glass with ice
- Then pour over 60ml of Aperol
- Aperol ( a delicious ,citrusy, bittersweet liqueur )
- Add 90 ml of Prosecco
- Now top with 30 ml of soda water
- Slide in a slice of fresh Orange
