Here are some tips instructions

Use Cold Rice: For the best texture, use cold, day-old rice. This helps prevent the rice grains from sticking together during stir-frying.

High Heat: Stir-fry on high heat to ensure that the ingredients cook quickly and maintain a good texture. This also helps to avoid a soggy result.

Soy Sauce Balance: Be mindful of the soy sauce quantity; you can always add more later if needed. It’s easy to over-salt the dish.

Sesame Oil for Flavor: Add a small amount of sesame oil at the end for a burst of flavor.

Don’t Overcrowd the Pan: If you’re adding eggs or other ingredients, make sure the pan isn’t overcrowded. This ensures even cooking.

Customize Ingredients: Feel free to add your favorite proteins like chicken, shrimp, or tofu. You can also experiment with different vegetables and spices to suit your taste.

Garnish with Green Onions: Freshly chopped green onions add a nice crunch and freshness to the finished dish.
