Vegetable omelette
Vegetable omelette is a nutritious & verisitile dish which combines with egg richness & vibrant & flavour texture of various vegetables.

Ingredients: (vegetable omelette)
2 Eggs
¼ cup carrot pieces
¼ cup pepper (red, green, yellow)
Mushroom ¼ cup
Chopped garlic 1 tsp
¼ cup chopped onions
Salt pinch
¼ Tsp pepper powder
100 grms (grated) paneer
½ tspButter
Directions — Method:
- Heat a non stick pan and add chopped garlic sauté the garlic with out oil then add chopped carrot, mushrooms, green, red and yellow bell peppers and chopped onions, chopped parsley, sauté it.
- And add pinch of salt, pepper powder, mix it well and add grated paneer sauté it and transfer in to a plate.
- add two eggs in a bowl & beat it nicely and add pinch of salt, pepper powder mix it well.
- Heat a pan add 1/2 tsp. of butter then pour the egg mixture cook it for one minute then put the vegetable mixture on the top of the omelette then flood it and serve it hot.
