Mutton kheema rolls
Mutton kheema rolls are popular delicious street food recipe in south asian cuisine
It is consists of mutton kheema, masalas & other ingredients on flatbread fried on hot oil

Ingredients for mutton kheema roll
- 2 tbsp of oil
- 2 medium chopped onions
- 1 chopped green chilli
- ½ tbsp of ginger garlic paste
- ½ tbsp of ginger garlic paste
- 250 grams mutton kheema
- Salt as per taste
- 1 tsp of chilli powder
- ½ tbsp of coriander powder
- ½ tsp of cumin powder
- ¼ tsp of turmeric powder
- some chopped coriander leaves
- 2 tbsp of maida / all purpose flour into a bowl
- 12 to15 bread slices
- some grated cheese
- (Oil) for deep fry
Directions
- In a pan Add 2 tbsp (oil)
- Add 2 medium chopped onions
- 1 chopped green chilli
- Saute until onion turns soft
- Add ½ tbsp of ginger garlic paste
- Saute until raw flavours disappears
- Add 250 grams mutton kheema
- (Stir it)
- Add 1 tsp of salt
- Saute until water dries completely
- New add 1 tsp of chilli powder
- ½ tbsp of coriander powder
- ½ tsp of cumin powder
- ¼ tsp of turmeric powder
- Saute for 3 to 4 minutes on medium heat
- Add 1cup /250 ml of water
- Give it a nice stir
- Cover and cook until water dries
- Add some chopped coriander leaves
- Saute until water dries
- Now turn off the heat and let it cool completely
- Add 2 tbsp of maida / all purpose flour into a bowl
- Add some water and make it a thin paste
- (You can use egg instead of this mixture)
- Take bread slices and cut the sides
- ( You will need 12 to15 bread slices )
- You can make bread crumbs by blending the sides
- Now just dip the bread slice in water and squeeze the water
- Put some cooled kheema mixture
- Put some grated cheese
- Mozzarella cheese or processed cheese
- Fold and seal it well
- Dip it in flour mixture then roll it in bread crumbs
- Now they are ready to fry
- (at this stage you can freeze them and fry whenever you want)
- Drop them in hot oil
- Fry them on medium heat
- Fry until they
- turns into golden colour
- Now take them into a plate
- Serve hot
